Experience is not required to play a role at MARATHON COMMUNITY THEATRE! Any experience is nice, even if it was years ago as an elf in an elementary school holiday pageant, but it is not required. Age doesn’t matter either, as long as you can look the character’s age on stage - because in our theatre age is just a matter of make-up! If trying out for a musical, you must be able to carry a tune and dance a bit.
Experienced or not, our MCT volunteers will guide you through the fun and easy audition process, which consists of auditions:

SYNOPSIS:
With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City. She is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage that is run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan. With the help of the other girls in the Orphanage, Annie escapes to the wondrous world of NYC.
