One Weekend only - 50th
Anniversary of Central High School
ONE WEEKEND ONLY The MCT annual fundraiser "One Weekend Only" is
scheduled for October 20 and 21 at Key Colony Beach City Hall. "We have chosen
to do something a little different this year," said Rita Irwin, creator and
director of the production. "The event includes dinner and an 'interactive'
class reunion/prom. Come help us celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Central
High School when students and faculty from various graduating classes return
for the reunion. Personal visits at your table throughout the evening will
introduce you to the cast and offer a bit of their history as students as
well as inform you about where they are in their life journey these many years
later. Entertainment includes a talent show and an opportunity for you to
vote for Prom King & Queen. Key Colony Beach City Hall, formerly the home
of Marathon Community Theatre, provides an appropriate venue for a reunion.
Champagne buffet begins at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now - $75 per person
or $700 per table. Call the box office at 743-0994.
