Special Board Meeting

3 October 2001

The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm by the president, Jane Madden in the Producer’s Room of the Playhouse to consider a change in thee box office hours due to a change in Marlea’s schedule. After a lengthy discussion, it was moved and seconded to change the box office hours to 9:30-11:30 am and 4 -6 pm from their current hours of 10:30 - 2:30 M-F. Motion passed with one opposition and one abstention. The business of the meeting being concluded the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
