MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MARATHON COMMUNITY THEATER

November 29, 2005

Meeting was called to order by Vice President Ann Hart at 6:00pm

Present were Vice President Ann Hart, Treasurer Gail Burnett, Secretary Fred Hundhammer, Directors Terry McBroom, Jorge Gobel, Ginger Michael, Donna Beckman

A quorum was not present, and therefore only reports will be heard. .

The agenda for this meeting was approved.

Minutes of Board meetings held on October 28, 2005 and November 15, 2005 were approved.

Committee reports:

1. Finance: Treasurer Gail Burnett presented her report and it was approved. The report is attached and made apart of these minutes.
2. General Manager: MCT General Manager Loreta Goetis presented her report. The report is apart of these minutes. In addition Loretta applied to Monroe County for a 6 months interest free loan.
3. Vice President Ann Hart reported the following shows were in rehearsal: Social Security in the theater directed by Marilyn Tempest. Chicago in the Producers Room and the Ray Dimarco Room directed by Rita Irwin. The Christmas Chorus directed by Kathryn Rummery. Ann also thanked Ginger Michael and Laura Hut for the excellent work done in directing One Night Only.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30pm.
