Special Board Meeting

5 March 2003

The meeting was called to order at 7:20 pm by the president, Rita Irwin in the Producer’s Room of the Playhouse to consider suggestions for fund raising for the new cinema chairs/

            1.         Rotary - initial donation

            2.         “Adopt-a-Chair” Two levels - free tickets to movies

                                    Supporting Role - $250 - one per month for six months

                                    Starring Role - $500 - one per month for twelve months

Marta reported effects of free tickets - more than 2% of weeks take still owe for the tickets on movie rental

Much discussion but chairs must be replaced immediately.
