Following are notes from the 1/24/06 board meeting:
    Meeting was brought to order by President Rita Irwin. 
    Attendees were:  Rita Irwin, Ginger Michael, Suzanne Terpos, Terry McBroom, Dona Beckman, Gail Burnett, Ann hart, Christine Leird, Loretta Geotis
 
Seems to be some confusion about which night is the regular board meeting night.  It IS the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.
 
A petition was received from the Cultural Umbrella portion of the TDC to request more funding for the promotion of arts and culture.  Rita signed it and I will mail it in.
 
We will need all the help we can get for Sunday, Feb 5 to build VM and Chicago sets, etc.
 
Playreading submissions are due by the March board meeting.
 
Finance Committee discussed options for roof funding. 
 
VM and It's a Scream productions are on task.
 
A motion was made to honor a request from Reit Steinmetz to donate two tickets to It's a Scream to Relay for Life.  Dona made the motion, Christine seconded it.
 
The speakeasy set up for Chicago will be set up in the hallway since the FKWS will be in the producer's room.
 
A membership booklet was discussed for new members.  Christine had one from the 80's, contains board members, a roster and by-laws.
 
Membership will have a roster soon.
 
Rita talked about an idea to create a cooperative fund-raiser with Crane Point Hammock at Hawk's Cay and do a dinner/murder mystery perhaps sometime within the year.
