FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Loretta Geotis, General Manager, Marathon Community Theatre, Inc., POB 500124, Marathon, FL 33050, (305) 743-0408, gm@marathontheater.org MARATHON COMMUNITY THEATRE PRESENTS ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CONCERT Marathon, FL (December 6, 2007) — Marathon Community Theatre (MCT) will present the annual Christmas Concert at the theatre on Sunday, December 16 beginning at 6:00 p.m. Kathryn Rummery directs the MCT chorus consisting of 20+ members from our community. “We love performing and hope you will enjoy the concert as much as we enjoy preparing it,” says Rummery. “We begin rehearsals in August each year, so you know we are well-rehearsed and ready.” The MCT chorus performs at other functions throughout the Christmas season as well. Included in the program is a performance by the Tropical Tappers and possibly a visitor from the North Pole. As MCT’s gift to the community for all the support throughout the year, the concert is offered free of charge. Seating is open, no tickets or reservations are required.
